This blog is about appreciating the place where I live. I grew up in Mi’kma’ki, the territory of the Mi’kmaw people – although I didn’t know to call it that. A few years ago, I was fortunate to have the chance to move home after decades away. I’ll be posting sporadically. The photos will vary in style and subject. The only connecting theme will be the things that I find beautiful – or at least eye catching – when I’m out walking the dog or travelling in the countryside.
